cafeprodukterOur specialty is small-scale production of bread, buns, cakes, etc. All baked from organic flour and butter from Åland.

We bake like the old days with natural ingredients, sourdoughs and long sleeping times, which gives an extra healthy and tasty bread. We care about the environment in all our operations and uses environmentally approved personal care and cleaning products.

The bakery is located next to Andersson’s family house and Andersson’s Guesthouse. The building was originally an old stone cellar. During 2007-2008, the bakery was build on top on the heavy stone foundation. In March 2008 the bakery business started. Annette bakes all the products herself but during peak season we have staff employed. During the summer there is also a small garden café.
